Johnny Ray Moody 52, of Joplin , MO died 6:34pm Saturday May 1,
2010 at Freeman Hospital in Joplin , MO following a long illness.
Johnny was born November 2, 19 57 in Carthage , MO to Ray Homer
Sr. and Katherine Sally (Boucher) Moody. He was a lifelong resident of
the area and attended area schools.
In 2005 he married Julie Keys in Dade County , MO ; she survives at
the home. Johnny worked in food service and most notably Denny’s
Restaurant.
Survivors include his wife, dad, son Jamie Ray Moody; siblings Billy Joe
Coleman and Ray Homer Moody Jr.; and 2 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Per Johnny’s wishes Private Ceremonies will take place at a later date.
